Lakeside North Harbour is celebrating with a number of its long-standing occupiers who have expanded on campus this spring.
Auto Integrate, the award winning vehicle software provider, which has occupied space at Lakeside North Harbour since 2009, have expanded into a 3,600 sq ft office following a successful period of growth and ahead of a projected 60% increase in turnover this year. Douglas Stafford, the customer service and market research consultancy, first selected the campus over 10 years ago and have recently moved to a larger office in 4000 Lakeside. The expansions join the news that Molex and EBP, both of whom have been on campus for more than 10 years, have renewed their existing office spaces.
Nick Turner, Asset Management Director at Northwood Investors which owns Lakeside North Harbour, comments: “We are delighted that companies see such success at Lakeside – and continue to choose the Campus when renewing or expanding into larger offices. We are focused on ensuring that the Campus offers the right infrastructure to enable our occupiers to focus on their own business operations, safe in the knowledge that everything they need is around them. From our first-class facilities and outside environment to a diverse range of meeting spaces and regular events Lakeside offers everything needed to support a professional business community.”
Terry Bartlett, Founder and CEO of Auto Integrate, adds: “We selected Lakeside as the location of our headquarters due to its excellent facilities and the opportunity it gave us to grow without the need for significant relocation. We’ve seen great success here including being recognised in 2017 with the Queen’s Award for Enterprise. Lakeside’s position allows us to tap into a bountiful employment market – an important factor when running a growing business. The support that the Lakeside team provide has been excellent from day one, and we look forward to being here for many years to come.”
Madelaine Cook, Account Operations Director at Douglas Stafford comments: “Since moving here in April 2009 we have seen Lakeside grow into a great location. This will be our second move on campus and we remain very impressed with both the range of facilities and building management. Lakeside offers an inspiring and modern location which provides a fantastic environment for our clients and staff – it’s a great location for us to be in as we celebrate 30 years in business.”
Cath Longhurst, award winning CEO of EBP South and Basingstoke Consortium, concludes: “Since we moved here 10 years ago Lakeside has proved itself again and again. The easy access, free bus, onsite shops and outstanding facilities are great for our staff. As a charitable company we have to carefully weigh up the cost and benefits of our location but Lakeside offers everything we need and more – including so many opportunities to connect with the business community across the area.”
