Northwood Regional UK have secured two new office occupiers at Deva City Office Park in Manchester City Centre. Edwards and Co have completed new lettings to DOMU Brands and Survivors Manchester.
Deva City Office Park provides a wide range of business space on the site of the former Threlfall’s Brewery which is accessed off Trinity Way in the centre of Manchester. The Grade II listed former brewery buildings have been sensitively refurbished and are complemented by 17 self-contained Brewery Yard office units arranged around a central courtyard.
Both lettings have been concluded within the Brewery Yard with DOMU Brands taking 1,431 sq. ft. and Survivors Manchester 1,548 sq. ft.
Ed Keany, Director of Office Agency at Edwards & Co, comments:
“Deva City Office Park is a superb option for occupiers seeking quality office space in the heart of Manchester City Centre with both superb road access and onsite car parking. The unique features within the former brewery building and the new modern units offer a range of options for occupiers. The new lettings take us to full occupation of this incredibly popular scheme and demonstrates that SME activity continues to be at an all-time high within the City Centre.”
Northwood Regional UK, Director, Iain Taylor continued:
“Since our acquisition of Deva City Office Park in 2011, we have been pleased with the flow of lettings in both the self-contained brewery units and the tower. Our investment into the Park has generated some incredibly positive feedback and has proven key in attracting new occupiers. We are delighted to be welcoming DOMU Brands and Survivors Manchester”
Joint agents on the scheme alongside Edwards & Co are Canning O’ Neil and CBRE.
