At Northwood Regional UK, we believe that a successful company is more than just the sum of its parts, it’s how those parts work efficiently and effectively together to ensure our occupiers receive the best possible service.
At the end of 2019 we asked our valued occupiers to rate us based on service satisfaction levels. The results are in and we are extremely proud to announce that they are resolutely positive in all key areas as the above stats will demonstrate.*

We continually strive to make improvements to our service standards which means not only acknowledging the things we are doing well but also listening to, and acting upon the helpful comments and feedback we receive.
