Northwood Regional UK is part of Northwood Investors, a privately-held real estate investment advisor that was founded in 2006 by John Z. Kukral, the former President and CEO of Blackstone Real Estate Advisors.

Northwood Regional UK employs a value-driven investment strategy with a longer-term outlook. We invest alongside institutional and private clients in a broad range of real estate and real estate-related investment opportunities in the UK, with approximately £700 million of assets under management. The Northwood team has deep experience in sourcing, executing and managing real estate transactions in the UK across all sectors.

Our portfolio comprises 5 million sq ft of high quality city centre and out-of-town office buildings, business parks and serviced office accommodation as well as a wide range of industrial and distribution units across the UK, serving 1,500 occupiers.

Through our group company, Pure Offices, we are a significant provider of flexible serviced office accommodation in 21 locations across the UK and through our joint venture with UK Land Estates we are the dominant provider of industrial space in the North East of England.
